TriBC Members deduct $15 from entry fee for individual entries or $6.00 per person for team entries. You must provide a current TriBC number (Note: The 2010 TriBC membership list will be on site @ race package pick-up. You will be charged $15.00-individual or $6.00-team if your membership number is not valid).
Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds. If you have an extenuating reason for not being able to race, we may issue you an entry voucher usuable for the following year only. Entry vouchers are not transferrable to subsequent years. Entry vouchers are issued at the discretion of the Race Committee.
Early entries: local entries submitted at Gerick's must be received by 5:00 pm Sat July 10. Mailed entries must be post-marked by July 9, 2010 and on-line entries must be received by midnight July 10, 2010 and will receive T-shirt in race kit.
Late entries must be received by 12:00 noon, July 31, 2010, in which case T-shirts will be mailed 3 to 4 weeks after the race date. No race-day entries accepted.
Entries include T-shirt, post-race luncheon, swim cap and massage. Team entries will also include Tri BC race-day membership.
We are sanctioned by Tri BC for the 19th year. Individuals who are not members of Tri BC or Alberta triathlon association (ATA) will need a race-day membership of $15 per person (included in above fees).
Post-Race: the Luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m. at Nelson Lakeside Park followed by awards ceremony at 12:30 pm. Results are available after the race on this website.
Post-Race Luncheon: includes an authentic Italian meal (meat or vegetarian). Please include the cost of additional lunch tickets for family or guests on entry form ($9 per person). Specifiy veggie or meat. (Veggie is vegetarian spaghetti sauce and no chicken, meat is meat-based spaghetti sauce and includes chicken.)

**If any member of your team is 16 years of age or older, you will be entered in this category for exhibition only. There will be no medals awarded in the 16+ Short Course Team category.
REMINDER: Parents please be realistic about your child's capabilities. The minimum age for Sprint Course team particiption is 12 years.
AGE ALLOWED
12-13 ONE Sprint Course event (Swim OR Bike OR Run)
14-15 ONE or TWO Sprint Course events or ONE Long Course event
16-17 Any or all Sprint Course events or ONE Long Course event
If any member of a Sprint Course team is 16 or over, the team is NOT eligible for a medal.
Also, please note we have established generous cut-off times for the race.
Your swim must be finished by: 8:40 (40 mins)
Your bike must be finished by: 10:50 (2 hrs 50 mins)
Your entire race must be finished by: 12:00 (4 hrs)
This is for your comfort and safety, as well as a courtesy to the volunteers who start at 7:00am. Please be realistic about your capabilities, and consider entering the Sprint Course, or as a team, if you feel you might be pushing the times. We don't want to have to take your number away after so much effort.

Race Package Pick-up
2 pm - 4 pm Saturday July 31, 2010 at
RACE HEADQUARTERS, LAKESIDE PARK.
Teams Register Together: Your cyclist is designated as captain, meaning he or she is responsible for supplying any missing registration information or signatures.
Pre-Race Meeting: All entrants, Individual or Team, Open or Youth, must attend at 4 pm Saturday July 31st at Lakeside Park, Nelson. Must be in attendance for Prize Draws.
Bike Check: It is not mandatory but we strongly recommend you have a safety check done on your bike shortly before the race. You can have your bike checked at Gerick Cycle & Sports, 702 Baker Street. Local entrants please have your bike checked early!
