I received the following fortune telling form as an e-mail attachment from a friend. Some times it hasn't seemed to work for people I have sent it to, so I am posting it here - where I know it will work for visitors as long as they have JavaScript enabled in their browser. I didn't write this although I did change the color when I put it here.
